We specialize in working with the pediatric population. The majority of our clients are under the age of 5, with a smaller percentage of school-aged children. We focus on incorporating principles into play and the natural environment training. There is a lot of laughter, play, and smiles during therapy sessions!

Our agency operates on the principle that all children can learn. Using a combination of developmental knowledge, family education, and behavior analytic techniques we help children and families reach their potential and have a high quality of life. Our direct therapists provide a combination of in-home therapy and center-based programming. The center allows staff to easily collaborate and access to frequent supervision. Additionally the children have access to peers and generalization of goals across various settings and experiences. In-home programming allows therapists to implement the same principles and goals into the child's natural environment, while also teaching and assisting the parents.

We are looking to expand our team to include a speech language pathologist who has experience working with children with special needs. This individual will receive ongoing supervision and support from many different types of clinicians. The primary responsibilities are providing direct care for the children, engaging in developmentally focused/play-based interventions, assessments and goal writing, managing behaviors and carrying out behavior intervention plans.
