BCBA Supervisor - THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY FILLED BUT KEEP CHECKING IN FOR NEW OPPORTUNITIES

We are looking to expand our team to include a BCBA who has experience working with children with special needs.  This individual will have the responsibility of overseeing client’s programs, providing support to staff, program development, and family support and education.  We are team focused and have other senior BCBAs on staff for regular consultation and professional development.

Requirements:

  • MA/MS in psychology, education, early childhood, or related degree

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate

  • Experience with children with autism spectrum disorders

ABA Therapist

Direct therapists provide developmentally focused ABA to a variety of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.  They receive routine direct supervision and extensive training prior to working independently.  RBT training is provided.  The primary responsibilities are providing direct care for the children, engaging in play-based interventions, managing behaviors and carrying out behavior intervention plans, and data collection.

Internship/Volunteer

We provide supervision hours as outlined by the BACB for students pursuing their Board Certification in Behavior Analysis.  We have also worked with local universities to provide supervised experience for students pursuing their developmental therapy credential.  Additionally we also provide volunteer hours for individuals seeking out additional experience and knowledge regarding the field.
