Dr. Tom DiMatteo received a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arizona returning there to attend medical school. He trained in General Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Chicago. Dr DiMatteo treats children, adolescents and adults. He is board certified in Child, Adolescent and Adult (general) Psychiatry. Dr. DiMatteo's treatment interests include anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, oppositional disorders, autism, Asperger's disorder, and trauma spectrum illnesses.
Dr. DiMatteo employs tailored medication interventions as they are indicated, and in collaboration with his clients and their other care providers. He attempts to integrate his sessions with family involvement, and often works in cognitive and behavioral recommendations that complement and support any therapy his clients receive. He has interests in forgiveness as it applies to therapeutic process, and in multiple facets of integration. These include integration of various domains of the person, as well as integration of the person with his or her community. He is a Diplomate, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Kiya Olson, MA, MS, BCBA, L.C.P.C

Kiya received her first masters degree from San Diego State University in developmental psychology and her second masters degree in clinical psychology from Benedictine University. She received her board certification in behavior analysis in 2012 and her license as a clinical professional counselor in 2019. She started working with children with developmental delays in 2002. Since then she has had the opportunity to provide clinical services to a wide range of individuals. She has also been working within the Illinois early intervention system specializing in supporting children and families from birth to 3 since 2003. She opened ASPB in 2005 as an avenue to be able to provide high quality therapeutic services that focus on individualization and facilitation of developmental milestones for children with delays. As a clinician she has worked directly with children providing ABA and developmental services, conducted countless eligibility assessments for children through early intervention, conducted parent trainings, ran support groups for families, received training in acceptance and commitment therapy, supervised several BCBA student interns, and mentored BCBAs within the Illinois early intervention program.
In addition to being a clinician she has had the opportunity to serve on the Illinois Developmental Therapy Board for 8 years, present at several conferences and workshops, and contract with the Illinois Early Intervention Training Program to provide continuing education for EI clinicians.
Patti Boheme, M.S., L.C.P.C.

Patti Boheme is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the Clinical Director of Autism Services at Wellspring Clinical Associates. Patti provides clinical leadership at Wellspring and counseling to children, adolescents and adults with autism and developmental disabilities and their families. She also specializes in counseling parents to help them understand what autism means for their child including when their child reaches adulthood. She has extensive experience and training in autism, cognitive behavior therapy, social thinking, structured teaching, visual systems, and running groups. She regularly provides consultation and training. Patti led the development of award winning programs for people with autism in schools, early intervention, adult services and a center for autism specializing in diagnostics, therapy and training. She also led the development of 3 specific core autism trainings for early intervention, schools, parents and adult services. Patti has spoken at numerous conferences and has trained over 15,000 parents and professionals. In 2019 she received the Charles Bueche Lifetime Achievement Award for her work with people with autism and disabilities. Patti believes in collaboration and respect amongst all evidence-based disciplines in order to provide the best services. She has authored several visual training systems for toilet training, self-regulation, and life skills. Patti is involved in advocacy across the state and is Co-Chair of the Illinois Autism Task Force and it’s Transition Committee, a member of the ACT Early Committee, and member of the EEOPD Transition Work Group.

She started at WCA in January of 2019. She was formerly an Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Rush University in Chicago. She was the clinic director for the Autism Assessment Research and Treatment Services (AARTS) Center. More details to follow soon!
